The ferry for the packages currently departs from Harbourfront Centre at 0920 hrs or 1210 hrs daily.
Most would take the 0920 hrs ferry and will arrive at the ski park just
before 1000 hrs (Batam Time – 1 hr behind Singapore Time).
For the return, you can choose either 1630 hrs or 1930 hrs (Batam TIme),
arriving in Singapore at around 1845 hrs or 2130 hrs respectively.
So you'll have about a good 6 or 9 hrs with us depending on the return time chosen.
The ski park only takes up to maximum 40 Day Packagers each day to avoid overcrowding
and most importantly to ensure everyone has ample skiing time. Weekends & Public Holidays are very popular,
please book early to avoid disappointments.

A deadline will be given to submit the reservation form to confirm the slots.

If you're bringing your own wakeboards, we urge that you put them in a board bag or edge protector,
as its required to be checked-in under Singapore Cruise Centre regulations for a fee of S$10/ bag.
