The ferry for the package currently departs at 0920 hrs everyday,
and will arrive at the ski park just before 1000 hrs (Batam Time)
For the return, you can choose from 2 different timings -
1630 hrs or 1930 hrs (Batam TIme) 
So you'll have a good 6 or 9 hrs with us depending on the return time chosen

Booking Procedures

• Fill up a RESERVATION FORM & email as an attachment to reservations@cable-ski.com

To make sure that we do receive the booking, kindly sms to us
"Cable-Booking - Your Name - Departure Date - No# of pax"
A detailed confirmation mail will be reverted once received and confirmed...
 

All bookings must be received by 6pm , one day prior to the departure date.
For bookings after 6pm , please call or sms  (No Guarantees)

Note:
 

• There's only 40 ski slots available each day.
  For Weekends & Public Holidays, please book early to avoid disappointments.
• You may want to enquire on availability via sms before making any reservations.
  
  You may also request to reserve a certain number of slots on a particular date ...
  A cut off date will be given to submit the reservation form to confirm the slots.

Payments

All Payments can be made on the day of departure by  CASH ONLY

NOTE
If you're bringing your own wakeboards, we urge that you put them in a board bag or edge protector, as its required to be checked-in under Singapore Cruise Centre regulations for a fee of S$10/ bag.
 

Accommodations

If you like to stay the night after spending the day with us, below are our hotel recommendations.

The return ferry tickets from our packages are open, and can be used the next day to depart from :
 

- Waterfront City Terminal
- Sekupang Terminal  
- Batam Centre Terminal

The Hotels

There are two hotels located in Waterfront City
The most convenient one would be Harris Hotel which is right across the Cable-Park.

The other one is the Holiday-Inn which is a little further but still within walking distance.
