With effect from 26th Jan 2010 ,
the Indonesian Government has imposed a
usd$25 visa on arrival fee to visit Indonesia for 30 days stay.
The visa fee is for single entry only, NOT multiple.
Currently, nationals from 64 countries require and qualify for the visa on arrival.
(See list below. Countries not on the list need to apply via the Indonesian Embassy)
The application of the visa is upon arrival in Batam at the visa counters in the immigration area.
We highly suggest to those who require visa to prepare the exact usd$25 before departing Singapore.
The visa officers in Batam will sometimes short change or give ridiculous exchange rate if paying in SGD$ or other currencies.
There are money changers available at the Ferry Departure Hall in Singapore Harbourfront Centre.
BCP will subsidize SGD$15 for the Day Package for those who require visa to Indonesia.
- It is equivalent to about USD$10 based on the current exchange rate.
-There will be no subsidized rate for those taking the Spectator's Package. |
