Visa On Arrival Policy

The visa fee to visit Batam, Indonesia is usd$10.
This fee is for single entry only, NOT multiple. Max stay of 7 days.
Currently, 15 countries are exempted & 63 countries require and can apply visa on arrival.
(See list below. Countries not on the list need to apply via the Indonesian Embassy)
The application of the visa is upon arrival in Batam at the visa counters in the immigration area.
We highly suggest to to prepare the exact usd$10 before departing Singapore.
The visa officers in Batam will sometimes short change or give ridiculous exchange rate if paying in SGD$ or other currencies.
There are money changers available at the Ferry Departure Hall in Singapore Harbourfront Centre.
